jewelry is non-refundable, please contact me via email to discuss any issues you have within 15 days of purchase and i will happily work with you to figure something out!

use the U.S ring sizing

if you don't know your ring size then it's best to get measured at a local jewelry store. another great option is a finger ring sizer from ebay.

if you cannot make it to a jeweler, then another way to measure your ring size is to use a piece of string, wrap it around your finger, and then use a ruler the measure the millimeters. contact me once you have your measurements and i will let you know your size.​

​RESIZING 

unfortunately I do not offer resizing

​each piece requires a certain level of care when handling, wearing and storing.

i recommend avoiding contact with water, sweat, chlorine and perfume. i also recommend removing jewelry prior to sleep and storing in a cool, dry place.

please note: I often use delicate gemstones, crystals and reclaimed materials in my pieces. Because of this fact, i strongly advise handling our pieces with extreme care and closely following our storage and cleaning recommendations.

each and every item is made by hand, so there will naturally be maker’s marks and imperfections. however, if there is a genuine fault please get in touch so i can arrange a replacement for you.
