I’ll send you a video of how to do your impression successfully.

The main goal is to get your gum line, once you press your teeth into the putty you do not want to move your teeth, you want to press deep enough to get the top of your gum line, but not too deep to the point where your teeth touch the bottom of the tray. 

I will send you my address and you can ship your impressions back to me in the packaging provided!

when you do your first impression, you should send me a picture before you do the second step so that I can let you know if it was successful or not, and then you can proceed with the next step.
